Mike Parti...

I recieved a email from Bill Bryant asking if i would like to join him for a long drive and help video some people.
I asked who? and he responded Mike Parti... My first thought was yes but slightly reserved because like a lot of you reading this,I had no idea who he was. That was exactly why I wanted to go. Besides Bill was buying lunch.
So we were on our way for a hour or so before Bill and I had to pull over to wiz. Lucky for us the moment we put the lizards away a CHP officer drove by. We arrived at Four Aces where I snapped a few picks with my Yashica G. Roaming the shop checking out all the organized randomness, If that make any sense. A quick bit to eat and we were off to Mr. Parti's house.

Classic Performance Products............

This last Saturday I was asked to photograph Classic Performance Products annual So.Cal Nova Cruise.
It was my first year attending and to tell you the truth I didn't know what to expect.
But Jim(owner of C.P.P) and R.K(Event Promoter) Crossed there T's and Dotted the I's to put on a great show.
The exact numbers are not out yet but rumors of 65 Nova's on the cruise and over 80 total Nova's at C.P.P headquarters.
The Novas that participated on the cruise got free lunch tickets at Nick's superburger joint of Fullerton, CA. for the last stop of the drive.
I'm willing to go out limb and say I will be attending next years event.There are also plans being made for a bigger and better end location so stay tuned.

The new Cycle Source

This photo was a idea i had on paper for a long time.So during the last Biltwell bash I met T.J. who was blowing fire...
I snapped a few photo's of him at the event and expecting to never see him again.
Well turns out not to be true as you can see right behind Eli is T.j. blowing fire with his D.A.R.E. shirt on.Real cool dude and gets alone with other. lol

Chopper Dave.....

I got to spend some time with my new b.f.f. Dave at his shop.All we did was distract each other with cool story's and how to photography lessons.I learned a lot from Dave and hopefully I payed it forward to him.....

So Im working on a website

I've been taking photo's like a madman. People, places, bikes... etc.
I'm getting ready to build a website that is a little more than just a blog.
I've enlisted the help of my good friend Pedro who works as a computer programer by day.
Maybe I can get him to build a APP, lol... and then cash in.
I will be posting some new stuff here shortly, so stay tuned...

OT; L.A Art district

"L.A art district" get off at 4th street bridge downtown and take your 2nd right after the bridge.High end graffiti artist have littered the walls with some cool piece's.Every time im in L.A I stop by to see whats new,this time I was surprised by what I saw.The car parked on a mildly shady part of town nobody around it,so I snapped a photo from my car and drove off.I love this photo and thought I would share

F22 and be there

Most people saw the camera and tried to avoid it but At 1/6 sec. F22 the more people moving the better.I rented a battery for my Bowens 750r studio light.I was thinking of purchasing the battery to travel lighter and quiet while on location.The gasoline spilling in my trunk from my generator is not a good thing.

To sleep or shoot

This past weekend I was given the opportunity to share a room with Duane and Lisa Ballard.We got into Ventura at 2:00 am after a 2hour drive though rainy L.A. Tired and confused from lack of sleep,We called it a night.The last thing I remember was Lisa saying that Duane will jump on your bed in the morning.My comments were that's OK I will sleep through it.Well I eat my words and Duane never ended up jumping on my bed.Now I'm up and in a spaceship reverse shower thing at 5am.Long story short keep one eye open and wake up early to get sun rise photos
